Suzy Spoon has been at the forefront of creative and hearty vegetarian food for more than 20 years. She owns and run Australia's first vegetarian butcher (!) in the Sydney suburb of Newtown. Suzy's store is part butcher, part cafe and part commercial kitchen, where Suzy creates all her food onsite by hand. Before opening her store, Suzy sold her vegetarian food products at markets and worked as a personal chef, including a stint of cooking for vegan actor Tobey Maguire while he was in Australia filming The Great Gatsby. This is Suzy's first book.
