Jane Milton has always had a passionate interest in food and cookery and gained a BA in Home Economics at Glasgow Caledonian University. Since graduating she has obtained a post graduate marketing qualification, Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate, City and Guilds qualifications in Trainer Skills and a Cordon Vert Diploma in Vegetarian Cookery although her interest and skills cover all forms of cooking and food styles. In 1996 Jane set up her own company - Not Just Food. She has particular interest in Caribbean and Mexican cuisine.
Jenni Fleetwood is the author of a number of cookbooks and is also an established cookery editor. A keen traveller, she likes nothing more than visiting other countries and seeking out - and sampling - the local cuisine. Jenni lives with her family in the country and is very accustomed to rustling up something quick and delicious for supper.
