Description

This inspiring cookbook is based on the television cooking and travel series 'World Kitchen' in which vivacious foodie Nici Wickes travels the world in search of standout chicken recipes. Her mission takes her from the markets of Barcelona to the local kitchens of Tuscany, the streets of Hanoi, and many more culinary hotspots besides. Nici has returned home bursting with new recipe ideas to share with New Zealanders, all of which have been captured in this beautiful book, which features food photography from Shaun Cato-Symonds. Nici's style is simple no-fuss food that incorporates easily accessible ingredients. The results speak for themselves: sensational recipes that are startlingly simple to achieve. World Kitchen brings together some of the greatest ideas for cooking chicken from all over the world, plus a few accompanying dishes and desserts perfect for rounding off a great meal.
