The team at Ripe Deli has done it again. You wouldn’t think they could improve on their first three cookbooks, but I think they have. The abundance, generosity, kindness and care for the ingredients and recipes is there on every page. While I will never stop popping into their stores for lunch and treats, it is a pleasure to be able to cook more Ripe recipes at home.
